How long does it take for delivery?

We endeavour to have your order delivered within 5 business days of receiving payment. Goods are usually dispatched within 24-48 hours and you will receive an email notification and tracking number immediately your goods are shipped.

If your order does not arrive within a reasonable delivery time, please contact us on 0260 49 88 88 so we can ascertain the status of your delivery.


Can I order by phone?

Yes, we will be happy to take your order by phone.

Damaged Goods or a Problem with your purchase?

Please be aware of the following conditions regarding returns and possible refunds.

The Customer needs to make contact with our customer service team within 10 days of items being received, if it has arrived faulty or not as advertised. In this unlikely event, we will endeavour to rectify this problem either with a full or partial replacement or refund as may be required.

For Faulty item claims, we will request images & a video to show what is wrong with the item, this will allow us to ascertain which part needs replacing. We will then offer to send the necessary part free of cost.

Our Customer Service team needs to approve all returns. For change of mind purchases or not as advertised returns we need to verify the item is in its original condition. To verify this we will request images showing the item is unopened and in a re-sellable state, with all parts included as supplied by us ie. the item MUST be unused and be contained in the original packaging.

Any items that, because of customer negligence, misuse or tampering are, damaged, missing parts or in unsellable condition, will not be accepted for return.

Please be aware that your refund will be processed upon confirmation we have received the goods back in original condition. A refund or replacement will not be provided if products are being misused, mishandled or mistakenly installed. Customers are responsible for following the instructions and advice given by the manufacturers.

For change of mind purchases it is the buyer’s responsibility for the return postage cost, this cost is non-refundable. Also for change of mind purchases there will be a restocking fee. This fee is equivalent of 15% of the total order value and includes cost of freight to customer, also where applicable and agreed to, will include the cost of the return postage.

Please contact us prior to sending the goods back to confirm this estimated cost of return. For items sold as FREE shipping, freight in both directions may be applicable. It is the buyer’s responsibility for the return postage.

If the customer sends the item back without approval, it will be returned to the customer and no refund will be given.

We accept returns for up to 30 days after the Purchase date. All refunds will be given as Money Back, this is subject to us receiving the goods back in original condition.

Customer Pickups and Inspections

All of our products are shipped directly from an external warehouse, which means we do not have a showroom available for inspection of our products before purchase.

For this reason, we offer a 30 Day No Questions Asked Money Back Guarantee, which gives you the opportunity to try out your new purchase for 30 days in your own home. If you are not 100% satisfied, or you change your mind for any reason, you are welcome to send it back for a full refund of your purchase price.
